This morning I started my yoga routine in bed with a 10 minute gentle morning stretch video. Then I got up and went downstairs and decided to do a 30 minute full body stretch for strength and flexibility from YogaTX. It was a very interesting yoga class, not totally what I’m used to but it was still good!
Today’s Daily Calm meditation session was about Patience, and it was a body scan meditation. I LOVE body scan meditations! I’m not really sure why, but they’re one of my favourite types of meditation.
