This morning I did 2 yoga videos. One a Yoga International Kapha Pacifying Morning practice that was about 15 minutes, and the second was today’s new Yoga with Adriene video, a yoga for neck and shoulder relief. Later in the day, after sitting most of the day on the couch either reading or watching TV, I felt like my body needed to move so I did another Yoga With Adriene video, a 5 minute morning yoga practice.
In the middle of the afternoon, I did my daily 10 minute Daily Calm meditation which was about Balance.
