Today I woke up at around 6:30 a.m. even though I didn’t want to because I was tired but Dianne Bondy a well known yoga instructor was doing a live Facebook yoga class at 7 a.m. hosted by gaiam yoga. So I called my ass downstairs and I did this morning’s daily calm meditation first with 5 minutes to spare. The theme of The Meditation was acceptance which I as well as probably most people find really hard to, no pun intended, accept. And then I did a great half hour yoga class with Dianne, which is available on Facebook forever now on Gaiam’s Facebook page, and then I went back to bed and slept for another few hours. I decided I needed to do a little bit more than just a short half hour of yoga and taking the dog for a nice easy stroll I’m about an hour walk so I decided to ftinish up Do You Yoga’s 14 day shred by doing day 13 an upper body workout and day 14 a restorative practice, videos of The Shred.
Today was another Hogwarts running club Hufflepuff Bendy Badger yoga day, where I shared an article on 5 beginner yoga poses for runners which included a free download of a PDF of modifications for each of the poses.
