This morning I did a quick morning yoga session – well, 27 minutes. Yoga With Adriene’s great Morning Yoga to Start Your Day! video followed by a 10 minute Daily Calm meditation on Listening – on how to listen to difficult people – people that rub you the wrong way, or that you don’t get along with. And then we had to pack up and check out of the VRBO place we had rented on the Oregon coast and head back home, which is what we did (which included various pit stops to sightsee, and get Bailey our dog for one last walk on the beach!).
