Today I got up just after 7am. My side hurt from how I’d been sleeping. I went downstairs and first did a short 10 minute yoga routine from Yoga International (called Sound Yawn, making yawning noises as you moved to help get the body juices flowing apparently)just to wake up my body a bit. Then I did a 15 minute Energizing Cup of Coffee Flow from YogaTX. And ended my morning routine with today’s Daily Calm meditation which was about the benefits of being wrong – how bring wrong helps us grow and evolve, whereas being right doesn’t because you don’t learn anything new as you haven’t made a ‘mistake’.
