I started my day with a short sun salutation practice (15 minutes) from a yoga international video, before going to work. After work I practiced the class I am going to teach tomorrow, the theme of which is Brahmacharya: moderation or non-excess. I did Pyramid pose for the first time in a class! and also Awkward Chair or twisted chair. Then I ended the practice with Daily Calm which was about Empathy.
