This morning I woke up about 6am (again!) and decided to get my yoga and meditation ‘out of the way’ because I knew we’d be leaving about 10:30 to take the dog for a walk around some nice forested trails. So I did a short yoga warm up video before jumping into Day 5 Toned and Strong Arms and Day 6 Weight Loss Yoga of Sadie Nardini’s Yoga Shred. Then I did my 10 minute Daily Calm meditation which was about Patience…which I sometimes find I have little of during meditation – but that’s kind of the whole point! By then it was about 7:15 so I decided to go back to bed for a little bit.
