Today’s yoga was a 30 minute power yoga video from YogaTX – Yoga For Weight Loss Fat Burning and Muscle Toning that I did when I got home from work today. And I followed it up with Day 18 of the 21 days of meditation – today’s focus was success – success in weight loss. I didn’t do any pranayama breathing exercises, but did chant OM 3 times before starting the video to centre myself.
