This morning I did a gentle 24 minute YogaTX video, gentle and relaxing for beginners. And followed it up with Yoga With Adriene’s latest video, a 10 minute meditation and then did my daily breathing exercises (except I didn’t do the bandhas or the brahmari breath, as I didn’t feel up to it – I had started to get upset thinking about my mom, so cut those out). Then I did day 13 of the 21 days of weight loss meditation challenge which was about forgiveness – forgiving, loving and accepting my body and my life.
