Today’s yoga practice was doing some stretches and forward folds and side stretches to wake up this morning, standing in my work clothes in the middle of my living room. And when I got home from work I did day 3 of the 7 day Weightloss Yoga Challenge from Yoga TX, which was great after work today. And I did my pranayama routine (all the breathing exercises) when my husband went out to a soccer game at night. I did my meditation today lying in bed after I finished my yoga, and then had a little nap, to make up for waking up half an hour early (at 5:30, ugh! and therefore getting to work early! ugh x 2!).
I reviewed my anatomy notes again today for the final exam. And as part of my self-care routine, I am continuing to read Jen Sincero’s book You Are a Badass, an inspirational/self help book that is funny and entertaining and thought provoking!
