This morning I ended up waking up 20 minutes before my alarm went off – kind of annoying but at the same time it meant I could squeeze in more yoga before going to work! I managed to do Yoga With Adriene’s Revolution Day 10 – a 27 minute Thoughtfulness practice. It was great. And then I squeezed in the next 20 minute Day 2 of the Wanderlust 21 day challenge -where the 3 poses were forward fold, crescent lunge and high plank before going into child’s pose for a moment and then shavasana.
After work I did Bad Yogi’s I Am Challenge – Day 9 – I Am Open with hip openers Pigeon and Dancer and followed that with my pranayama practice (4 purifications, ujjayi, brahmari, long inhale and exhale).
I will postpone my meditation for later tonight because I 1) needed to eat something and 2) want to spend some time with my husband and relax!
And that’s pretty much it for today! Tomorrow is the last of the Bad Yogi new year yoga challenge but I still have a lot of YWA and Wanderlust challenge (and Journey Junkie challenge I haven’t even started yet, and i’ve put Sarah Beth Yoga’s month of yoga on hold because I can only do so much yoga in one day!
