Day 38

To do nothing is sometimes a good remedy ~ Hippocrates

Today I just did the pranayama and meditation portion of my sadhana, instead of sun salutations and practising poses, I did day 17 of Bad Yogi’s 30 day challenge – a slow, full body flow.

I spent most of the day working on anatomy homework (aka colouring!) and sitting watching soggy hummingbirds and woodpeckers at our feeders outside. I love birds!
