I split up my practice again today – sun salutatations (10 rounds) and practiced ‘teaching’ the standing postures (to myself!) before breakfast. Then did pranayama and meditation in the afternoon, though I skipped the ‘Fire Wash’ breath due to my period (TMI I hear you say!). Timed morning practice: 25 minutes. Afternoon practice: 20 minutes.
Tomorrow is the Yoga Expo here all weekend! I’m really excited! (i’m wanting to get a yoga mat bag – i’ve been looking for one for awhile, so i can keep it dry when it starts to rain)
