It’s colouring book day! I did my first few pages of the Anatomy Coloring Book (4th edition).
I split my sadhana practice into before work (20 minutes of sun salutations and standing postures at 6am) and after work (all breathing exercises (4 purifications, ujjayi and cooling sitkari breath) and 10 minute natural breath meditation focusing on mindfulness, and I got it all done before hubby got home from work!
I finished my assigned readings in Donna Farhi’s Mind, Body, Spirit book and did a new Yoga With Adriene video Yoga To Calm The Nerves. I could’ve used that on the day I presented my vision board!
