I didn’t do my daily practice routine today either. Not feeling it. Instead I did a restorative yoga practice at work with a guy who comes every Thursday who teaches a yin class. We used all the great new props that my work ordered! (bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and even mats! i don’t have to bring my own mat to work!). We used: chip foam blocks, regular blocks, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows (the eye pillows were provided by the teacher)
