Today’s daily practice (aka sadhana in sanskrit) i’m not feeling up to doing the pranayama or meditation, for some reason. So when I woke up at the ungodly hour of 5:30am I did two 5 minute morning yoga videos I found on YouTube by Boho Beautiful.
Today’s Journey Junkie 30 pose journey pose is side angle, and after work i’m going to do Yoga With Adriene’s (she’s my favourite online yogi!) new video today for mood swings (even though my mood is just fine, TYVM!)
